We have had a great experience with Mr Cook and his team. They do what they say they will do. If I recall correctly, we got 4 quotes when our system went down. All the quotes were in the same ballpark. However when you consider that Ted offers better equipment, better customer service and warranty, and a flawless reputation, you begin to see what an incredible value his company delivers. The Upstate area is lucky to have Ted Cook here and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.

They worked for weeks with my heat to get to the root of the problem and make sure they weren’t spending my money on things that wouldn’t fix the problem!
